hey dude. yea the frame does definately take 24" wheels. the frame is made from 4130 cromoly steel (so its pretty damn strong). i don't no the exact weight of the frame but its not exactly heavy. it floats through the jumps with ease and feels light and nimble!!! write back if still interested dude!!!! cheers!!!!
